Candle filter is a bundled, fully automatic, and easily regenerable filtering device. It can automatically filter and remove solid particles from liquids, and discharge them in the form of dry cakes. Candle filter is a type of filter that uses a metal frame and polymer filter membrane as filtering elements. The liquid is pumped into the filter, and then enters the filter element through the filtering medium before flowing to the next process. Impurities are intercepted on the surface of the filter element. When the impurities accumulate to a certain degree and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches the set value, the feed valve and pump are closed, and compressed gas is introduced into the filter. The gas will bring the liquid into the filter and leave the filter. Until the residual liquid is filtered out, dry the filter cake until the moisture content of the filter cake is within 20%. Then, close the gas valve, open the discharge valve, and ventilate the filter tube to blow off the filter cake. The entire system is controlled by PLC and can automatically or step by step execute programs such as circulation, filtration, slag removal, cleaning, etc. It is a truly fully automatic filtration equipment.
