The metal dust collector is an efficient dust removal device suitable for purifying and filtering high-temperature flue gas. The system includes a dust removal system, a blowback system, an automatic control system, an ash discharge system, and a circulating heating system.
Technical features:
1) Using the metal membrane as the filtering element to achieve high temperature (up to 1100 ℃) and high precision (up to 0.1μm) dust removal with high temperature oxidation resistance, sulfur resistance, heat vibration resistance, wear resistance, and low operating pressure difference of 500Pa;
2) Using a sparger ensures that the air flow is more reasonable and uniform throughout the entire chamber, ensuring that dust can adhere evenly to the surfaces of each filter element, which is beneficial for blowback;
3) Reasonable selection of flow rate and inlet design effectively prevent secondary dust;
4) The patented pulse jet cleaning technology can effectively remove dust on the metal membrane components;
5) Use detection components to detect temperature and pressure, and adopt automated control to ensure the normal operation of the system;
6) Conduct overall the self-control system to the entire system;
7) The dust cleaned by the dust collector blowback system is gradually discharged through ball valves, butterfly valves, and other forms of accumulated dust.
