The traditional membrane online blowback filter is a continuous gas filtration device suitable for filtering high-temperature reaction exhaust gas. Using patented blowback technology to perform pulse blowback on the filter element partition, achieving continuous filtration. The system can achieve automatic blowback, system, displacement cooling, and closed discharge functions.
Technical features:
1) Using the metal membrane produced by CMC as the filtering element to achieve high temperature (up to 1100 ℃) and high precision (up to 0.1 μm) dust removal with high temperature oxidation resistance, sulfur resistance, heat vibration resistance, wear resistance, and low operating pressure difference of 3kpa;
2) Using a sparger ensures that the air flow is more reasonable and uniform throughout the entire chamber, ensuring that dust can adhere evenly to the surfaces of each filter element, which is beneficial for blowback;
3) Reasonable selection of flow rate and inlet design effectively prevent secondary dust;
4) The patented pulse jet cleaning technology can effectively remove dust on the metal membrane components;
5) Use detection components to detect temperature and pressure, and adopt automated control to ensure the normal operation of the system;
6) Conduct overall the self-control system to the entire system;
