The current mainstream dust removal technologies are electrostatic dust removal, bag (cloth bag) dust removal and electric bag composite dust removal, but the electrostatic dust removal accuracy is not high, the dust removal effect is unstable (especially when vibrating and cleaning), and the energy consumption is high; the bag dust removal has poor temperature resistance (≤250℃), short filter bag life (≤1 year), and large resistance. The current advanced technology in the flue gas dust control industry is the metal membrane material gas dust collector.
Compared with traditional cloth bags, metal filter bags have the following obvious performance advantages:
1) Corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, sulfide resistance, economic performance, high dust removal accuracy, good wear resistance, small resistance, and larger flux.
2) Thickness: The thickness of metal filter bag is about 0.4±0.1mm, which is much lower than that of cloth filter element, so the filtration resistance is smaller.
3) Surface roughness: The surface of the filter element is smoother, and dust is not easy to adhere to the surface of the filter element, causing large filtration resistance or pore blockage.
4) Aperture and pore stability: The pore size of metal filter bag is controllable. The pore size is a rigid pore, which will not change with temperature changes and long-term use, so that the filtration accuracy of metal filter bag can be stable for a long time; while the pore size of cloth filter element is a flexible pore. With the increase of use time and the number of backwashing, the pore size becomes larger and larger, which eventually causes filter penetration, causing a large amount of dust to pass through the filter hole, resulting in filtration failure.
5) High temperature resistance: The metal membrane filter element can be used at a normal temperature of more than 400℃.
6) Long service life: more than 3 years under normal working conditions.
