Polymer precision filters generally use pleated filter cartridges. The liquid to be filtered is pressed into the filter inlet, passes through the filter layer from the outside to the inside through the filter cartridge, and is filtered into clear liquid, which is then discharged through the outlet. Impurities are trapped in the deep and surface layers of the filter element, thereby achieving the purpose of filtering the liquid. The sealing of the filter end cap and the overall structural connection are both achieved through hot melt bonding, ensuring no leakage.
