1. High-precision Filtration, Complete Interception of Ultra-fine Dust

Adopting multi-layer gradient metal fiber sintering technology, the filter element achieves an absolute filtration precision up to 0.1μm, with an ultra-fine dust interception efficiency as high as 99.9%, far exceeding the performance of traditional filter materials.
It can efficiently capture fine powder particles from pneumatic conveying and submicron dust from high-temperature cracking flue gas, keeping the exhaust dust concentration steadily below 5mg/Nm³ and fully meeting national ultra-low emission standards.

2. High Porosity & Low Resistance, High Efficiency, Energy Saving and Large Flux

With flexible metal fiber non-woven laying and high-temperature sintering technology, the filter element forms an interconnected open pore structure inside, with a porosity as high as 70%. It combines excellent air permeability and large flow rate performance.
Compared with traditional paper and chemical fiber filter elements, its operating resistance is reduced by more than 30%, greatly lowering fan energy consumption. Meanwhile, the high porosity provides strong dust holding capacity, effectively delaying blockage, extending continuous operation cycle, and adapting to working conditions with high dust concentration and large air flow.

3. Recyclable & Reusable, Long Service Life and Cost Saving

Made of 316L / 304 stainless steel fiber as the base material and compounded with high-temperature and corrosion-resistant membrane layer, the filter element features high mechanical strength and good flexibility. 

It supports multiple regeneration methods including high-pressure pulse backblowing, steam cleaning, chemical solvent cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning. Its filtration performance can be quickly restored after cleaning, and it can be reused dozens of times. The service life is 3–5 times that of conventional filter elements, greatly reducing replacement frequency and spare parts cost, and conforming to the development trend of green industry and circular economy.

In industries such as chemical, building materials, food and pharmaceutical, exhaust gas from powder conveying often carries a large amount of fine dust. Traditional filter elements are prone to blockage, difficult ash cleaning and quick wear.
The flexible metal fiber membrane filter element is wear-resistant, vibration-resistant and easy for ash cleaning. It can efficiently intercept powder particles in exhaust gas, avoid material loss and environmental pollution, adapt to working conditions with high pressure difference and strong airflow impact, and ensure the stable continuous operation of the conveying system.

For high-temperature flue gas at 200-550℃ generated from chemical high-temperature cracking, metallurgical sintering, waste incineration, glass kilns and other scenarios, the filter element boasts outstanding high-temperature resistance (continuous temperature resistance 450℃, instantaneous temperature resistance 550℃) and strong corrosion resistance. 

It can directly treat high-temperature dust-laden flue gas without complex cooling systems, simplifying the process flow and improving heat utilization. It also resists erosion from acid, alkali and sulfide in flue gas, maintaining stable filtration performance long-term under harsh working conditions and assisting enterprises in reaching emission standards for high-temperature flue gas.
